Doc King - Shader

This is an exact replica of the original cast brass frames that Doc King made from the 1940's through the 1960's. The original machine is from the private collection of Jerry Riegger who apprenticed under Doc during the early 70's. The frames are precision CNC cut out of a solid block of 12L14R steel and then had a durable flat black powder coat finish applied. Jerry then hand wound 8 wrap 1 1/4" standard coils for that vintage look and hand cut all spring sets to match each machine. These machines are assembled and tuned to function as real old school longstoke shaders and run on 4.8 volts. LIMITED RUN OF 50 PCS - Weight 7.35oz
